OUR PHILOSOPHY

Good Fortune Capital is dedicated to helping investors reach passive income goals. Be it income supplement, retirement, or generational wealth, any goal can be achieved through sound investment in multifamily real estate. Our missions is to positively impact as many lives as possible with integrity through multifamily syndications.

OUR FOCUS

Our expertise is exclusively focused on investing in diversified commercial multifamily properties in the Midwest. By following a well-defined and focused strategy, we avoid investment distractions and maximize our ability to protect and enhance the long-term value of our portfolio properties.

Good Fortune targets underperforming assets, then increases cashflow and property value by:

  • Making physical improvements and renovations to the property
  • Effective and diligent management of the property
  • Repositioning the property via increased occupancy, improving the tenant mix and stronger and lengthier leasing terms
  • Filling vacancy, thereby improving the net operating income and stabilizing the asset
  • Strategically structuring debt to maximize returns
